This project is as per the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to provide a cordial life for Emiratis. The project will be built within 32 months. The construction of 20 buildings includes 464 apartments and 563 parking spaces. The project will be completed on 01 May 2021.
