Buhaleeba Group is a strong advocate and supports women empowerment in the workforce. On International Women’s Day Buhaleeba Group collaborated with Medstar Aesthetic & Multi-Speciality Centre. To spread awareness on women’s physical, psychological, and mental health, the conference was led by Dr. Rajul Matkar an obstetrician-gynaecologist.

During the conference Dr. Matkar addressed several topics regarding vitamin deficiency, maintaining a healthy diet, and mental health. She also shed the light on several techniques used to cope with stress and anxiety that women face every day in her workplace. Dr. Matkar made sure that every women came out of the conference holding a memory within their hearts and the main message was to put their health first.
