]]>Buhaleeba Contracting will never email anyone to offer them a job. If you receive a job offer by email, that seems to come from Buhaleeba Contracting– it is a fraud.
Beware of hoax or fake job offers from people pretending to be recruiting for Buhaleeba Contracting. We always go through a formal recruitment process. We do not recruit by email and we do not use online questionnaires. We always conduct an interview before making a job offer to anyone. If you receive an email offering you a job with us, it is not genuine and you should not respond to it. You need to be very careful because sometimes the fraudsters use the photographs and names of real people in our company and also create fake emails that look very similar to the company’s email in order to commit this type of fraud.
If you receive a job offer by email, you can check whether the offer is genuine or not by contacting us via email: hrd@buhaleeba.ae. We will then ask you to send us further details if required to help the police investigate any fraudulent offers.
We would also advise you to contact your own local police service and provide them with the details of the email.
With regard to fraudulent or fake job offers, the following are some of the key things you should consider:
- We never ask for money from candidates. Neither do we request bank account details until a new employee begins to work.
- We don’t ask candidates to pay for the issuance of Visa nor work permit.
- We never instruct a candidate to pay for his air ticket in case he has been recruited overseas.
- Apart from salary expectations and past experience, we never ask for a candidate’s confidential information.
- We never extend an offer of employment without the authorized company representative(s) meeting the candidate in person.

]]>As part of our main objectives is to put Health, Safety and Environment first, BHC’s project “PORT DE LA MER-(PHASE01, PLOT 02- LA COTE” has achieved an important HSE milestone by completing 7-million-man hours without lost time injury (LTI).
This major achievement is attributed to the strict safety culture in BHC, particularly by following our safety rules at all times and across all its plants and locations. BHC has created a working environment in which all staff can work safely.
Therefore, all BHC employees and business partners have developed a sense of responsibility toward their own safety, and the safety of their colleagues and the assets of the company, ensuring that all safety measures are followed and that everyone goes back home safely every day.

In our journey towards safety & health excellence, we rely on core values and excellent planning techniques to mitigate existing and foreseeable risks as best as reasonably practical. Every person in our organization has a role to play in achieving the No One Gets Hurt.
This milestone is a significant achievement for BHC and is something that many companies aim for, but don’t always achieve. A strong focus on identifying and controlling hazards, reducing exposure to health and safety risks, and supporting the general health and well-being of our team members in our projects has ensured we reached without a single LTI.
It’s a team objective and BHC wouldn’t have achieved, if not for the hard work and effort from all of our employees. It is the care that they display for one another that ensures everyone gets home without harm each and every day.
The safety performance is a direct reflection of our company’s ambition to be a role model in safety and continually improving safety performance.

]]>Buhaleeba Group is a strong advocate and supports women empowerment in the workforce. On International Women’s Day Buhaleeba Group collaborated with Medstar Aesthetic & Multi-Speciality Centre. To spread awareness on women’s physical, psychological, and mental health, the conference was led by Dr. Rajul Matkar an obstetrician-gynaecologist.
During the conference Dr. Matkar addressed several topics regarding vitamin deficiency, maintaining a healthy diet, and mental health. She also shed the light on several techniques used to cope with stress and anxiety that women face every day in her workplace. Dr. Matkar made sure that every women came out of the conference holding a memory within their hearts and the main message was to put their health first.
